The house sits in a very good size of 2,000m2 of land, with the house in a tiled area, and the rest of the land laid out to fruit trees, olive trees etc. As you enter the front gate, you are greeted with the guest house and garage area.  This also has a storage area to the rear, ideal for wood, and also a smaller workshop/tool store area, with electricity.  The guest house has a small kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom area.  There is also a doorway through to the garage, so this could easily be converted into extra space (bedroom, living area etc), making the guest house much larger.
